Ahh, here I am, the eve of my 20th birthday, and I'm locked down with rainy weather.
But at least it's warm out. Somewhat.
And the mugginess gives me a healthy slice of the Georgia Coast, where I call home.
So, I'm taking this damp night and making the best of it.
First off, this is the song I woke up singing, which I'm glad it was a good one. It's usually something like the Green Acres tune, or Love Gun by Kiss.
Man oh man. I can't get enough of these mega-hunks.
They have the perfect summer jams.
I highly suggest you listen to more.
Also, I'm definitely heating it up with this guy:
Oh yesyesyes. With tissues readily available and multiple layers for James Dean induced hot flashes, I snuggled down and had no problem tuning in to this classic.
Hubba Hubba.
Now, with the weather broadcast alerts popping up in the middle of my daily Sex and the City fix, I started nosing around on the fab-u-lous Urban Outfitters Blog, and found this incredible link called pinepoint.nfb.ca.
It's the website dedicated to what happened to the town called Pine Point, and how it no longer exists.
"Imagine your hometown never changed,
that no one ever grew old or moved on."
It's an incredible, ingenious, and bone chilling site!
So, with this rainy night underway, it's just a natural thing for me to sing this song:
Here's to leaving your umbrella's at home!
