I think I will add some tunes to go along with
this Tuesday's post.

Fuel for the Week.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am that it's warm out!
I mean warm out, consistently.

My little gingerbread tan is back in action!

Yesterday I managed to spend a wonderful day
out on the lake with my family.

And today was just as fabulous poolside with the besties.

However, I'm gonna need something that can hold up to
the wonderful couple of days I've recently had:

First, I've been chomping at my bit to get to post this song:
I feel some Bananarama fashion days comin' up.

I'm loving these beautiful jewelry pieces found over at
The organic shapes and unique coloring makes it
quintessential for summer.

And I am loving EVERYTHING
that A Handsome Project has to offer:

Pictured above is the incredible swimwear they offer.
But they have so much more on the site!

Ok, I don't even know where to begin to
dive in at Ksubi's site.
There is so much.
Candy store feelings going on over here right now.
Each fashion collection has their own incredible vision:

The site also features men's and women's denim, shoes
and beautifly shot eyeware collections:

Before I sign off,
I must say a sweet goodbye to
Jeff Conaway.

Kenickie forever in our Grease-y hearts!

Style Crush.

Well, more than a crush on style,
more like, whole-body-jealousy.
Stevie Nicks!!

Plus, what better day to post this,
it's her birthday!

Gosh, I just lovelovelove
me some Stevie Nicks.
Every picture I'm amazed at her beauty;
every song I'm amazed by her voice

"I think they all went too far. Their jeans got too low, their tops got too see-through. Personally, I think that sexy is keeping yourself mysterious. I'm really an old-fashioned girl, and I think I'm totally sexy."

"I am pretty fearless, and you know why? Because I don't handle fear very well; I'm not a good terrified person."

Gah, even the hair!

She's still so beautiful!

"I was not going to be a stupid girl singer. I was going to be way more than that."

Sunday Mercy.

I wish I had some witty story
that rounds around to
a life lesson.
But I'm not that
amusing today.
Sigh.

How-ev-er,
I do have a grrrrrreat! new playlist of
music pumping this brain right now.

I will add, that the FREEFREEFREE
download Urban Outfitters offers is
a fabulous way to get great new music.
Hello, it's free!

Here are some of my favorites from the current
download of theirs available:

Little Scream - Cannons

The Donkeys - I Like the Way You Walk

Kurt Vile - Baby's Arms

Panda Bear - Slow Motion

Ok so here are some of my newest jams
(And yes I'm owning the fact I said jams.)

There are many songs by the Xray Eyeballs I wanted to share
(I decided to go with Egyptian Magician)
Oh, and, their song Nightwalkers is on the UO download!

And if I get anything from you tonight, it definitely should be
to listen to Minus the Bear.
I can't suggest these guys enough!
AND they're coming to town!!!
June 1st at the Cannery.
This is Into the Mirror.

And their opening act is equally fabulous:

The Constellations - Felicia.

See you there?
Good.

Currently in Rotation: The Rolling Stones

Mmmmm.
M is for Mick.
Sometimes I can't figure out which record I want to listen to.
So, with this mood at hand, I usually close my
eyes and pluck one from the (disorganized, cluttered, unreadable...) stack
and hope for the best.
And this is what made it's way to my adoring
(arms, womb, heart, soul...) hands:
Oh yeah,
I'm feedin' you baby birds.

I love this album, it was my first Stones album to buy
and I sometimes catch myself zooming in on those plump lips.......

So, with this great jam going
I managed to pull off some decent housework.
And dance moves.

My favorite from this album:
My little Binxie was forced to endure a four step on this one.
